New creativity in the Testaccio district
Rome is the Eternal City not only for its archaeological buildings and its amazing paintings and frescos well known all over the world, Rome is the Eternal City because of its ability to renew itself in spite of its ancient heritage. The street artworks in the Testaccio district are, nowadays, the trace of new artistic codes (murals, posters, stickers, ...) and new ways to communicate that have founded an open-air museum in one of the most iconic post-industrial districts of Rome where artists like Blu, Axel Void, Sten&Lex, Roa, Iacurci, Tellas and many others left their traces!
